Conference tournaments are already underway and seeding positioning is of interest to all the teams in my power rankings.  The top 3 teams are virtual locks to get #1 seeds, but the remaining sixteen teams are jockeying for position in this years NCAA tournament.  Place close attention to the Big Ten and ACC tournaments this week as Duke,Purdue,and Ohio State are all vying for a #1 seed.
